Robyn if you want to mimic this, a lot of centers print & place a QR code at the beginning of the carline so parents can scan it when they drive in.

That was the way our parents use to sign in and out. The problem was they would always forget. I use the QR code as an excuse to walk up to every car, say hello, and have them check out.
