Exciting news! We just shipped expiration dates on documents, forms, and file requests for students and staff! This is what you can use to track all the training expirations for your team along with any paperwork you need to update from your families.

You can set the expiration date to be a certain amount of time after submission or on a specific date. This can be done in the settings tab of the individual paperwork item you're setting up. If you have any questions, please contact our support team directly using your in-app Live Chat!

Maybe even a late fee for not submitting on time or a notification when they sign in that there is a past due document.
