I'm currently having to email families a separate acceptance letter with the child's name, DOB, class, schedule, billing contract, etc. when they are offered a spot. We are required to have this on file for state licensing and apart of our state subsidy contract requirements for families. I'd love to be able to edit a document and add to the new paperwork section when a family is offered the spot so they can complete it digitally rather than via email and clunky scan features for some families.
