We are requesting a feature that would allow programs to compare expected meals (based on student schedules) against actual meals (logged via the meal tracking feature).

Expected Meals: Calculated based on student schedules—specifically, students who are scheduled to attend and therefore expected to receive a meal.

Actual Meals: Meals logged manually by staff through the existing meal tracking system.

Proposed Outputs:

A daily/weekly/monthly report that shows:

Number of expected meals vs. actual meals served

Student-level breakdown of mismatches (e.g., scheduled but not served, served but not scheduled)

Ability to export data in CSV or PDF for audit and compliance purposes.

There can also be available fields that can be pulled into a custom report.
