Requesting a feature that allows tracking of historical enrollment and withdrawal data outside of the current “Changes and Actions” section. Currently, the program has to process withdrawals on the day they occur or add a note as a workaround, and re-enrollments are managed in a similar manner. However, there is no clean, centralized way to view historical enrollment and withdrawal data over time without manually reviewing notes or the Changes and Actions log.

Request: Add a dedicated “Enrollment History” log within each child’s profile that:

Automatically records enrollment start and end dates.

Captures withdrawal dates, including scheduled future withdrawal dates.

Logs re-enrollment dates and links them to the prior enrollment period for continuity.

Displays these records in a chronological, filterable view separate from the Changes and Actions section to allow quick historical review without digging through system logs.

Allows export of this data for audit, reporting, and compliance needs.
