We transitioned our center from another payroll provider. We were happy with that provider, but thought the ease and efficiency of having everything managed directly through the Playground software would be beneficial. The feature I would like to see, that was available on our previous provider, is to have the ability to put in sick time/PTO days. While I'm excited to see how payroll works this year, I may consider going back to another provider if this is not available since I will now have to track this manually outside of my payroll software.
