Could you allow staff to request specific hours off - a lot of my staff will work until X time, then need to leave early for an appointment. Currently it doesn't allow for that.

I would add that we have staff that do appointments over their lunch break and so I would love to be able to set up time off in the middle of the day for instance they work 7:30-4 and need off 12-2 for an apppointment.
