For me - having this integrate with Calendly or Google calendar would be a requirement as my tours are scheduled around my availability

Or even if a Calendar/Event tab is created, have Open House Events that prospective families can RSVP to. I switched from tours to open houses and do them monthly after close. Usually I have 3-4 families attend.
