We would like to request an enhancement to the “Changes and Actions” log to include updates made to custom fields. Currently, changes to these fields are not recorded in the activity history, which creates challenges in tracking when and by whom key information was modified.

Since custom fields are often used to capture important program-specific data, having this visibility is essential for accountability and data integrity across our workflows.

We’d appreciate the ability to see custom field updates reflected in the “Changes and Actions” section, consistent with how other key updates are logged.
