Feature Requests

We have many events at our school during the year and I would love an event manager feature that allows us to track RSVPs.

I would like it if when chatting with a parent/guardian I could see that person's child's name. Some families do not have the same last name and it can be hard when you see a chat to connect the guardian with the correct child.

It would be helpful to be able to click on the email address (or icon, or something) to be able to send an email immediately vs copying the email address and having to send emails from separate platform.

It would be great to be able to add columns beyond what is already on the enrollment board.

We would like to request an enhancement to the “Changes and Actions” log to include updates made to custom fields. Currently, changes to these fields are not recorded in the activity history, which creates challenges in tracking when and by whom key information was modified. Since custom fields are often used to capture important program-specific data, having this visibility is essential for accountability and data integrity across our workflows. We’d appreciate the ability to see custom field updates reflected in the “Changes and Actions” section, consistent with how other key updates are logged.

On procare there is a feature that reminds us or warns us that there is a student without a invoices set up- this was very helpful, today we happen to be checking accounts to verify and we found a student had been attending for about a month without making any payments- PARENTS of course did not tell us they weren't paying, but it is helpful and avoids awkward conversation.

The ELC requires our center to have the state standards input in our lesson plans. As it is now we are out of compliance with the program that offers subsidy to many families in our center. There has to be a way to have those standards be viewable on the lesson plan and not a completely separate area in playground.

Ability to create both school and classroom specific calendars/events that can be synced with iCal, outlook, etc.

Be able to delete one day of a reoccurring schedule for daycare closure.

Could you allow staff to request specific hours off - a lot of my staff will work until X time, then need to leave early for an appointment. Currently it doesn't allow for that.
